BBQ Categories
BBQ categories are as follows:

Pulled pork

Brisket
-
Ribs
-
Chicken
T-Shirts
Each paid team will receive 2 event t-shirts. Additional t-shirts can be ordered at the time of registration. T-shirts will not be sold at the event.
Awards
Each category will be awarded 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. Grand Champion - Best of Show will be awarded to the overall winner of all categories.
